Possie
Terms of use
Last updated 18 October 2026
Draft for legal review before launch. This text is not yet legal advice and may change.
By using Possie you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service.
Plan before you drive
Don’t use your phone while driving. In NSW, learner and P1 drivers can’t use a phone at all while driving, and other drivers may only use one in a cradle for limited functions. Set up your trip before you leave.
Information is a guide
Space counts come from Transport for NSW and may be delayed or wrong. Walking and driving times are estimates. Car park details, prices, opening hours and restrictions can change, so always check signs on arrival. Possie doesn’t operate any car park and can’t reserve a space.
Park&Ride
Transport Park&Ride car parks are for public transport customers and have their own conditions, including tapping on and off with Opal. Possie shows them as an option, but whether you’re eligible is up to the operator’s rules.
Fair use
Don’t scrape, overload or reverse engineer the service, or use it to build a competing data set.
Consumer law
Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to supplying the service again or refunding what you paid for the affected period.
