Subscription terms

Price

Possie Pro costs A$9.99 a month or A$79 a year. The price you see before you subscribe is the total price you pay, including any GST that applies.

Free trial

New subscribers get a 7-day free trial. We show the exact date your trial ends before you start, and we email you before it ends. If you don’t cancel before then, your subscription starts and you’re charged the plan price. One trial per person.

Automatic renewal

Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each month or year until you cancel.

Cancelling

Cancel any time from Settings → Manage billing. It takes effect at the end of the current period and you keep Pro until then. Cancelling during the trial means you won’t be charged.

Refunds

We don’t give refunds for part periods, except where the Australian Consumer Law gives you a right to one, for example if the service has a major failure. Contact support@possie.app.

Price changes

We’ll tell you at least 30 days before a price change takes effect, and you can cancel before it does.
